The website is scanned daily by our security company to ensure that no breach of security occurs.

The website uses cookies to enable the normal functionality of an e-commerce website like placing products in the cart, wishlists, checkout etc. We do not use cookies to track user behavior outside of this website, and no 3rd party cookies are set by us.

We do not sell or make available any users personal information to any third party under any circumstances.

Payments

Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, instant EFT, manual bank EFT, Masterpass.

Cancellations

We employ real-time stock control on our website. However, if any order or part thereof cannot be fulfilled by us for any reason the client will be given the option of changing the item(s) or receiving a refund for the items we cannot ship.

Delivery & Returns

On delivery please check all items for completeness, physical damage or leakage BEFORE accepting and signing for the parcel. Should any of the aforementioned have occurred during shipping please do not accept the parcel – ask the courier to return it to us. We cannot accept responsibility for the aforementioned after you have accepted delivery in good order.

Consumables, once opened, cannot be exchanged, however if the cause of any defect is attributable to us we will replace it at no cost. Should the item be out of stock the client will be given the option of choosing another item or receiving a credit for the value.

Disposable Vapes

In line with industry standards, we are not able to accept returns on disposable vapes unless they are dead on arrival, and we are notified of this within 48hrs of delivery.

Cashback Wallet

All Day Vapes offers a rewards program. Receive cashback into your wallet on all Easy-DIY purchases you make.

You have to sign into your account before checkout to receive cashback into your wallet on Easy-DIY purchases. The wallet can be used to make partial or full payment for all purchases.

Great experience using all day vapes. Was so confused by all the options available that I couldn't decide what tank and mod to buy. Send an enquiry to them and got a details list of options that made choosing so easy. Delivery was prompt and ordering easy. Great company with good prices compared to competitors!
